Residential Electric Fencing
When referring to residential electric fencing, it is usually installed at private homes and smaller town house developments.
Fences are mainly installed on top of pre-cast walls, palisade fences and brick walls. They generally require 6 to 8 stands of wire and square tubing. They are custom fitted to suit the needs of every home owner and will comply with all safety regulations.
We can also assist with general repairs and are also accredited to assist with electric fence certificates in the event of the sale of a property.
Clients who are property owners and want to sell their property will need a Certificate Of Compliance (COC) before doing so. It is important to note that the electric fence certificate is not the same as the electrical certificate. These are two sperate certificates. With new regulations, it is a requirement that you have a COC to ensure that your electrified fence is installed correctly and complies with all relevant legislation.
We are a certified installer and will, therefore be able to assist you should you need a COC to assist in a speedy transfer of the property.
